Event Details

The German Village Haus und Garten Tour is an annual event sponsored by the German Village Society and is filled with traditions and surprises, much like the neighborhood it showcases.  German Village opens its doors and garden gates for the Society's 51st annual Haus und Garten Tour on Sunday, June 27, 2010.  Visitors are heartily invited for this day-long celebration of renowned designs, enchanting gardens, and award-winning restorations.  Guests may meander through the open sites at their own pace, while stopping to enjoy plenty of shopping opportunities and a wide array of dining opportunities throughout the Village.

When you purchase your ticket here, you will receive an email confirmation.  Please print the email confirmation and exchange it at the German Village Meeting Haus (588 S. Third St.) on June 27th for your official tour ticket .

 

What:   German Village Society's 51st German Village Haus und Garten Tour

Tickets:   Tickets - $20    (after 4:00pm 6/26:  $20 )

When:   Sunday June 27th, 2010  (9 am to 6 pm)

Where:   Historic German Village {map} , 233 acres on the National Historical Register in Columbus, Ohio

Parking:  Public & bus satellite parking is available at the Grange Insurance employee lot at Sycamore and Bank Streets (two blocks east of High St.), just next to the Brewers Yard condominiums.    The lot is managed by Parking Company of America.   A complimentary shuttle will be running a regular route from the parking lot to the German Village Meeting Haus.   Surface parking is also available at the southeast corner of City Park Ave. and Thurman thanks to Big Red Rooster.
